What's good peoples?  Hope all is well with you and yours, as I'm trying to make sure the same goes for me and mines...

Anywho...How has the year been for u so far?  We're going into the 3rd month of the year, and things seem to be changing a lot, and fast!  And just in case you didn't know, there was another serious earthquake in Chile even bigger than the one in Haiti.  But my problem is, why isn't it being talked about?  When I see things like this, I start to think?  Why wouldn't they talk about something that was even bigger than the one they did talk about?  So answers get to coming to my head.

Ok, the people in Haiti are of black skin color right?  And we now have a black President right?  So it seems to me that it's all politics to make a long story short.  It's seeming hard for me to put the words in to context like I want to, but maybe that's how it should be, so you can be left to think for yourself.  Which every person should have the right to do.  So you tell me, is Haiti relief a joke, or are they really helping or hurting the people of Haiti even more?

I never try to be judgmental, but a lot of stuff in the world makes you say...Hmmmmm!  Which I have no problem with doing!  Like have you seen the new Jay Z "On To The Next On" and Kanye West "Coldest Winters" videos?  Even without anybody telling me anything, I felt something watching them both!  So all I can do is go wit my gut feeling.  Then soon as I search Youtube, sure thing, a few translations pop up to prove that I wasn't alone in what I was feeling or thinking!  Which has to mean that these people want us to feel like this!

So if Jay Z says he's not a part of anything, then why would he then turn around and approve a video with such images in it?  And Kanye isn't even in his video!  Which is the darkest video I've ever seen, and I felt like I was being possessed as I watch it!  And I'll never watch it again!

What's crazy is, these such artist use to be the ones I look up too!  Which I still do in some ways, but if you ask me, all of it looks like new age selling out to me!  Puffy singing and shit.  And Soldier Boy has lost his mind if he really thinks he's anywhere close to the best rapper alive!  I remember when Hammer did things to take his career to the next, and people called him a sell out fast!  Which ended his career as rapper forever!  And they say once you don't do what they say, they'll take it all away!

So do you not think the music industry is ran by people who will use artist to get things done?  If you don't, then your blind as ever, and dumb as a mule!  Everything on this planet is ran by someone or something, and it has been since the creation of mankind!  No on will ever be able to be a rich, or a successful star, and not be owned.  We are all slaves on a planet made for us to do just that...And for good reason maybe, who knows the Big plan?  As I see it, once it's all said and done, the generations ahead have a lot to learn from!

Maybe I'm just rambling this month, but fuck it, it's Real Talk with E-Moe, and that's how I do it...lol!
